Invest in Multifamily Assets with Value Add Potential
Investment objectives
Our objective is to provide investors with outsized risk adjusted returns by adding value to the properties that we acquire in three ways. First we hire high quality property management that are experts in the local market to improve the properties day to day management. Then we execute exterior and interior renovations to remedy deferred maintenance, and raise the caliber of the property relative to the competition.
