The National Multifamily Housing Council, continues to track rent payments made through the pandemic. Rents for June 2020 came in at 95.9% compared to 96% in June 2019. Rent payments continue to marginally accelerate month over month. Unemployed workers that had been receiving benefits up to $600/week through the pandemic were recently notified that these payments would end on July 31st.
